Final paper Submission to WCNC 2012 Workshops

Final versions of accepted papers must be submitted on EDAS for inclusion in the workshops CD-ROM and IEEE Xplore®. Before submission on EDAS, one of the paper authors must register to the workshop in which the paper is included. The WCNC 2012 Executive Committee reserves the right not to include in IEEE Xplore® the papers that are not actually presented by one of the co-authors at the workshop.

Due to the limited number of slots in the workshops, some of the accepted papers will be presented as posters. The WCNC 2012 Workshops Chairs will decide which papers will be presented in oral (lecture type) sessions and which papers as posters, and the decisions will be announced to the authors. Choice between oral and poster presentations will be totally independent of the review scores and of the paper quality.

Revise your Paper

Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proof read it. Review formatting requirements can be found at: http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/conferenceTemplates.html

Register to the Workshop

The presenting author must register to the workshop before submitting the final paper.

For workshop registration, please go to the Registration page of the WCNC 2012 website and follow the instructions. On the registration form, workshop registrations are labeled R14 – R15.

Submit your Paper

Your camera-ready paper must be submitted no later than 30 January 2012 in order to be included in the workshops proceedings (CD-ROM). The maximum number of pages is six.

To submit your final paper, please go to EDAS, click on the “My Papers” button, and then upload your paper on the link provided. DO NOT go to Papers/Submit paper, since you will not find WCNC 2012 there.

IEEE PDF Express is available (http://www.pdf-express.org) for checking the IEEE Xplore® compatibility of PDF files and providing assistance to authors to correct problems with their files. The conference ID is WCNCW12wkx. Although it is not mandatory, it is recommended to use IEEE PDF Express for generating compliant PDF files.

If you experience any problems during the upload process of your paper on EDAS, please contact help@edas-help.com.

IEEE Copyright Form

Before you upload your camera-ready paper, you will need to submit your IEEE copyright form using the IEEE electronic copyright mechanism. Please follow the link provided on the paper submission page.
